Prime Auto delivers cars to customers with full or partial fuel. In both cases, the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
If there is not the same amount of fuel, it is necessary to pay for each liter according to Lease conditions + refueling fee may apply.
Upon receipt of the car, the Prime Auto representative will tell about the features of the car and inform the customers about what fuel the particular car uses and how to fill it (in the Agreement and when making a reservation fuel type is shown).
When making a reservation you can choose LV, Baltic or EU. If the rental car is picked up in LV, but there is a desire to go outside the territory of LV, Prime Auto must be notified and permission must be obtained (extra charge for leaving).
To rent a car at Prime Auto car rental, the driving experience must be at least 1 year.

1. In the event of an incident, the Lessee is obliged to comply with and act in accordance with the terms of the Lease Agreement and to fill out the car rental form "Report on vehicle damage or CSN", as well as comply with the general terms of the lease agreement;
2. If up to two cars are slightly injured in a road traffic accident - the police do not need to be called, it is enough to fill out the agreed notification of the road traffic accident;
3. If more than 2 cars are involved, required call the police!

The full amount of the security deposit may not be returned in the following cases:
1. if the customer used additional services or equipment and did not pay for it during the car rental period;
2. if the car is returned later than the time specified in the contract and the lessee has not paid for it;
3. if the returned car is found to be damaged and the renter has not paid the issued invoice;
4. if the fuel tank has not been filled to the same level as it was when the car was received, and the lessee has not paid for it;
5. if he has come violation protocol and the lessee has not paid the issued invoice – radars, toll roads, parking spaces, etc.
*Exclusions from insurance coverage during car rental:
– Damage to the vehicle's interior finish, bottom or engine compartment, window and tire damage;
– Damage caused by snow or ice;
– Any illegal activities;
– Towing and/or pushing another vehicle;
– Competition or related training and/or driver training;
– Driving outside officially marked roads;
– Deliberate further use of the vehicle, in case of damage or technical problems;
– If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
All accidents/damages during the rental period must be immediately reported to the police and/or by the Lessee To the lessor.
